Three Aldi “own label” products under attack
Aldi has been in court in three cases involving its products’ alleged similarities to third party brands or packaging. The Saucy Fish Co (salmon) , Moroccan Israel (hair oil) and Champagne houses (sorbet) were the claimants. George Garrard reports.
