FTC acts on L’Oreal anti-ageing claims
US campaigns claimed Lancome Genifique and Paris Youth Code products were clinically proven to provide ant-ageing benefits by targeting users’ genes. L’Oreal has now agreed to settle US Federal Trade Commission charges of deceptive advertising. Flick Fisher reports.
