- Commercial spots must comply with ARPP’s “Gambling” Recommendation- Two private individuals referred a new commercial spot broadcast by the French lottery operator (La Française des Jeux) to the ARPP’s Jury of Ethical Advertisement. - Prodial Limited hit with £350,000 record fine by the ICO- Prodial After receiving over 1000 complaints of automated recorded message calls promoting payment protection insurance claims and an investigation revealing a “staggering” 46 million non-compliant calls, the Information Commissioner’s Office has imposed a record fine.
